Talview to host Asia’s largest talent acquisition event in Bangalore

Earlier this week, Talview announced that it will host Instahiring 2020, Asia’s largest Talent Acquisition (TA) tech experience, in Bangalore on February 19 and 20. Attendees of the event will enjoy two days filled with expert panel discussions, speeches, networking opportunities, certificate workshops, knowledge sessions, and more, with the goal to help recruiters and TA practitioners across all industries reduce hiring lag.

Born as TalQuest in 2016, the Instahiring conference has become a staple annual event comprised of over 25 knowledge sessions covering the latest in recruitment practices, trends, and technology. The event is also host to 70 global speakers, breakout sessions, certifications, awards, and networking sessions that include live comedy and a concert.

This year’s line-up of speakers represents renowned organizations from across the world and includes Scott Wintrip, a renowned global speaker and best-selling author of High-Velocity Hiring: How to Hire Top Talent in an Instant.

Participants can take advantage of one of the largest networking events of 2020 with over 1,000 TA professional and senior attendees, and hands-on certification workshops covering the latest social and digital recruitment methods.

Workshops include the Black Belt Certification, which covers recruitment automation and digital transformation of HR, and the Instahiring Fast-track Certification, which teaches every aspect of the modern recruitment process over five sessions. Those that are interested are invited to sign up by following this link.

“We stand witness to the emergence of a new paradigm in recruitment globally with Instahiring, pivoting on “time to hire” as a key differentiator in the war for talent,” said Sanjoe Jose, CEO of Talview.

“As we kick off this new era, it’s important for organizations to thrive in an age of Instahiring. Instahiring 2020 is the fourth edition of our annual customer conference bringing together over 1,000 Talent Acquisition professionals from across industries,” he added.

Time to hire is a vital obstacle for recruitment teams to overcome. Delaying bringing new employees on board not only affects the quality of the hire but also negatively impacts team productivity levels and revenue generation. In fact, 57% of job hunters drop out of the hiring funnel due to a long hiring process, and top candidates are only available in the market for an average of ten days.

With Instahiring 2020, Asia’s only TA tech conference focused on reducing time to hire, Talview hopes to help organizations across the spectrum to optimize their recruitment processes through the latest in HR tech.
