Asia’s Largest Tech HR Conference Coming to India: Digital Transformation With Industry’s Top Influencers

Asia’s largest Tech HR conference coming to Gurgaon, India will highlight digital transformation, bringing together an international lineup of the industry’s best global thought leaders.

The two-day TechHR17 Conference kicks off on August 3 in Gurgaon, Haryana, just 32km Southwest of New Delhi, and promises to bring deep, action-oriented conversation “to spearhead the organizational change from ‘doing digital’ to ‘being digital.’”

Check out last year’s Keynote address below:

A major highlight of the conference will be the launch of the “TechHR Spotlight,” a program that invites early stage start-ups in the HR technology space to take full opportunity to interact with investors, buyers and their peers.

And with an international lineup of the world’s leading experts from Netflix’s Asia-Pacific Director of Human Resources Shweta Shukla to Fons Trompenaars, who was voted one of the top 20 HR Most Influential International Thinkers by HR Magazine, along with about 40 other, top-level speakers ranging from companies like Nestle, Coca-Cola, and Hilton, TechHR17 promises to be the biggest Tech HR conference in all of Asia.

The first day of the event will focus on the theme of “Performance” and will kick-off with a keynote address by Trompenaars on the “Transition to a digital business and workforce,” and will discuss how diversity moves beyond nationality, gender and ethnicity by incorporating multiple layers of values that form perceptions and guide behaviors at individual, group, and corporate levels.

Another keynote theme will be about which technologies have the power to digitally disrupt the HR industry, known as the Second Wave of Technology.

Here, they will discuss whether Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Open Source cloud platforms will be the technology foundations for the next wave of Human Capital Management applications, and how the new functionalities and business solutions that these technologies will offer will affect the workplace.

The second day of the event will be focused on “Innovation,” with keynote speaker Arvind Gupta, Co-founder of DigitalIndiaFoundation and Chief Mentor at IdeasWall Incubator, talking about how disruption works – whether inside or outside, or whether it works at all, and the challenges faced when making difficult decisions and strategies that impact employees and companies.
