For instance, facial recognition provides access to sensitive zones like laboratories, libraries, and hostels only to authorized students, faculty, and staff. Intrusion detection alerts security personnel to unauthorized access during off-hours, while loitering detection flags suspicious behavior in corridors, entry gates, and isolated zones.
